What began as backyard experiments with a custom-built oven quickly evolved into loaves so impressive, that they could house an entire roast chicken! Driven by a desire to create wholesome, family-sized sourdough that could nourish from breakfast to dinner, Johan van der Walle perfected their signature recipe: The Original.
