The galette originating in Brittany, France, is made using buckwheat flour, which really compliments savoury toppings and fillings. Equally tasty with sweet toppings, the galette is wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and sugar free with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives - making it a healthier option and suiting many dietary needs.
